Jaguar Land Rover of Richmond is opening the doors to our brand-new, state-of-the-art building. We’re still located in the Richmond Auto Mall, and you can visit us behind our previous building at 5680 Parkwood Crescent.
The new Jaguar Land Rover of Richmond was built to emphasize our focus on the customer experience. Starting with a covered entry way, you will be protected by the elements the moment you drive on to our lot. Moving towards the front door, the building is designed to intuitively guide you to your desired destination whether it be the service department, parts department or one of the three showrooms. Cowell Auto Group puts your experience with us above all else, and this new building will ensure that you walk away feeling wowed.
The new building is 109,000 square feet. With all that room, we’ve built three different showrooms to display the best that Jaguar Land Rover of Richmond has to offer. Our first floor showroom holds four display vehicles while the second floor showroom holds 14 vehicles. Additionally, we also have an indoor Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Showroom on the second floor parkade that can hold around 30 vehicles. With all our stock available on-site, the shopping experience has never been easier.
Additionally, the expansion allows for a total of 20 service bays. More service bays than before allow our team to provide additional appointment times, ensuring a VIP experience. Caring for you and your vehicle is not just our responsibility, it is our passion. We are excited to be able to offer more service bookings to accommodate our customer’s busy lives. As always, our staff have been trained to the highest standards, to ensure that we provide you and your Jaguar or Land Rover with the best service experience possible.
