Factory ordering your next Jaguar gives you the freedom to choose exactly what you want to drive. Customize your Jaguar to express your personality and add that personal touch.

WHY SHOULD I FACTORY ORDER MY JAGUAR?

One benefit is that you get to choose exactly which options you want included on your vehicle. This means that you aren't paying for any features that you don't want or need. For example, you can add convenience features like Adaptive Cruise Control, specify unique Jaguar paint colours, and choose the interior finishings that will make your Jaguar stand out. You can configure a Jaguar that perfectly fits both your lifestyle and your budget.

UNIQUE PAINT COLOURS

Choose from a vast range of exterior paint colours and finishes including metallic, gloss, or matte. You can also pick from our SVO Colour Palette

OPTION PACKAGES

Configure your Jaguar with the exact features and options you require. Add a Black Exterior Package, different wheels, or a Park Assist Package to fit your lifestyle.

INTERIOR FINISHINGS

Factory ordering allows you to configure the exact interior you want. Choose from a variety of leather options and colours for the seats and trim, add heated and vented seats, and specify your audio and infotainment packages.

CAN I LEASE OR FINANCE A FACTORY ORDERED JAGUAR?

Absolutely! In fact we recommend it. For any of our clients that consistently lease new Jaguar models we recommend factory ordering their next vehicle so they can ensure it will be ready for them when their lease matures. If you would like to know more about the lease and finance rates available for factory ordered vehicles, please ask our sales team.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

You will work with one of our Brand Specialists who will walk you through the entire process including pricing and timelines. They will sit with you and help answer any questions while you build the Jaguar of your dreams. The order process can take as little as one hour, depending on the complexity of the order and the vehicle options. Once the order is placed, the factory will give us an estimated arrival date which right now is between 4 to 12 months depending on the model and when the order is placed.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

Yes. We require a minimum $5,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The deposit can be $10,000 or more for orders with very unique specifications, or for SVO paint colours.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF A FACTORY ORDER?

1. You configure your vehicle with a Jaguar Richmond Brand Specialist

2. Place the order and pay the deposit

3. Order is sent to the factory and confirmed

4. The factory assigns a build date & builds the vehicle

5. Vehicle is shipped to Jaguar Richmond

6. Jaguar Richmond inspects the vehicle and details it

7. You come in to finalize the paperwork and sort out insurance

8. You drive away in your new Jaguar
